Sebring International Raceway is America’s oldest road racing track, with over six decades of storied history. Sebring is most notable for hosting the 12 Hours of Sebring, sanctioned by the FIA and IMSA, as part of many major endurance racing series, including the World Sportscar Championship, Intercontinental Le Mans Cup, ALMS, and now, the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship. The track also hosts the Legends of Motorsport and Historic Sportscar Racing series, and is the winter home of the Skip Barber Racing School. Many IndyCar, sports prototype, and Grand Touring teams use Sebring for winter testing due to the warm climate. Located in the mountains of the Eifel region, the Nürburgring hosted its first races in 1927. Quickly, due to its dangerous layout with very high average speeds, trees surrounding the track and virtually no run-off areas, the 22 km-long track earned itself the nickname "Green Hell". To solve the safety issues, in 1984 a new, safer track was built, the GP-Strecke: thanks to the abundance of low and mid-speed corners the new layout is deemed as very technical but the lack of high-speed sections and heavy braking zones means that overtaking is very difficult. As a consequence, a good qualifying should be the key to a successful race weekend. Nicknamed "the temple of speed", the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza is immersed in a charming atmosphere made of history, tradition and F1 allure. Above all, Monza is the one place on the calendar where the Super Trofeo cars will reach their highest maximum speed of the year. The Autodromo features two long straights: The back straight leads from the Ascari to the Parabolica Curve and is 958.80 m long. The main straight connects the Parabolica with the 1st chicane and has a length of 1,194.40 m. With a low downforce set-up being a key requirement on this track, the drivers’ skills will be put to the test both in the high-speed corners and under heavy braking, while the 4 wheel-drive will guarantee slingshot acceleration out of the low-speed chicanes. The longest (7 km) and probably most difficult track of the calendar, Spa represents a challenge for both drivers and teams due to his fast, hilly and twisty nature. Engineering the perfect car for such a layout means finding the right balance between top speed, needed on the long Kemmel straight, and downforce, vital to be quick through the famed Eau Rouge-Raidillon compression and cope with fast corners as Pouhon and Blanchimont. Weather can also add odds: rain is a common sight in the Ardennes and the track is so long that conditions change a lot from spot to spot. Often named as the venue for the long-awaited return of F1 to France, Paul Ricard was designed to be in a league of his own: its facilities even include an airstrip that made it popular among F1 teams as a test track. The circuit is now owned by F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone, who updated it to the most modern standards, creating the famed High Tech Test Track. The layout variants are so many that the number of available track solutions is 167, with lengths ranging from 826 meters to 5.8 km. The most renowned section of the track is the 1.8 km-long Mistral straight, followed by the fast right-hander named Signes. Above all, the technical sector from T11 to T15 the biggest impact on lap times. Built on the site of a World War II Royal Air Force bomber station, which opened in 1943, Silverstone started hosting motorsport events in 1948, as soon as the RAF stopped using the airfield. Up to 2009 Silverstone was very close to Monza in terms of average speed on a single lap but in 2010 the track was modified to include the "Arena", a slower part that lengthened the track to 5.9 km. Despite that, Silverstone is still incredibly challenging, especially in the very quick section through Copse, Maggots, Becketts and Chapel. The circuit has 8 left corners and 10 right corners. The longest straight is the Hangar Straight (770 m). Adria (Italy), 13th February 2015. Andrea Dovizioso, the Ducati Team racer in the MotoGP World Championship, was at the Adria International Raceway (Rovigo, Italy) today, during a test session of Lamborghini Squadra Corse, to drive the LAMBORGHINI HURACÁN LP 620-2 SUPER TROFEO. The new Raging Bull race car is ready to get on track in the 2015 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo in Europe, Asia and America. Fabio Babini, one of the official test drivers of Lamborghini Squadra Corse, introduced the main technical features of the car to Andrea Dovizioso, who then commented: "For me it's always emotional to get in a Lamborghini. The Huracán Super Trofeo is really fantastic and it is the most powerful car I have ever driven so far!”

Sant’Agata Bolognese, 2 April 2015. The Vallelunga circuit hosted, yesterday and today, the official two-day test session of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe. A new attendance record was reached for the official testing session which,  with just ten days before the 2015 Monza opening round, saw 28 drivers, 24 cars and 13 teams on track.  All participants familiarized themselves with the new Lamborghini Huracán LP 620-2 Super Trofeo, which is about to debut in the Sant’Agata Bolognese one-make series. The 2015 Monza line-up promises an exciting grid comprised of up to 50%  of new drivers and teams. Sant’Agata Bolognese, 8 April 2015.  The seventh season starts in Monza this weekend, 10-12 April, for the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe. As traditional the Italian circuit will host the first out of six double rounds of the Lamborghini and Blancpain one-make series, that this year sees the racing debut of the new Lamborghini Huracán LP 620-2 Super Trofeo. The season opener in Monza features a record grid with more than 30 cars. A new qualifying format includes two 15-minute sessions (with a five minute pause in between) that will determine the grid of Race One (first session), with the second session setting the Race Two grid. Both races will still be run on the usual 50-minute distance with a mandatory pit stop.
